The Shooting Clinics focus on players obtaining a harder, quicker, more accurate shot. Our instructors will instill proper technique, and reinforce good habits that will transfer directly into game play.
Each player will work on the following:
- Various types of shots based on age and when to efficiently use those shots in a game.
- Weighted puck for strength and power
- Age appropriate progression
- Weight transfer
- Vision and accuracy
- Advanced scoring techniques
- Video analysis software will be used to help players understand shooting mechanics, weight transfer, etc.
