The USA Hockey National Development Team implements a training split of 130 hours on the ice, 100 hours off of the ice, and only 50 games.
USA Hockey has a tremendous commitment to off ice training. They know that in order to compete at the highest levels your body must be in peak physical condition. The best time to make gains in physical development is in the off-season and that begins now. The Spring Dryland Program has an emphasis on weight training for both Upper and Lower Body as well as High Intensity Interval Training.
We are once again offering 5 Session and 10 Session packages. Once a package is purchased you are free to select which sessions you attend on a self-service basis with no expiration. In addition to the published sessions, IDA will offer individual and/or small group sessions upon request. Please email me directly to learn more about those types of sessions.
