The Defence Clinic will focus on all aspects of playing the Defence position. Players will work on all of the physical skills and mental strengths needed for defenseman to be dynamic and successful. 

Training will include the following:

• Defensive Skating
• Positioning
• Puck control and escapes
• Shooting
• Defensive specific scenarios
• Defensive specific skills
• Playing Defence in all zones

After each class players will meet with instructor to discuss and review video.

COST: $160 - 4 SESSIONS
