The Advanced Body Contact Class will be a continuation of the Body Contact program.  The goal of this class is to give players the confidence and tools to be comfortable with the body contact aspects of the game and to understand ‘competitive contact’.

Training will include the following:

• Review of Safety and Ethics
• Advanced Position and Angling
• Advanced Stick Check Tactics
• Body Contact
• Body Checking
